Nami started directing in 2013 during her time as a teacher at KM Music College in Chennai, India. She enjoys working with adults and children alike and helps them to breathe life into timeless stories by using a wholesome approach. This includes techniques such as bodywork, improvisation, story-led imaginative creation. She loves bringing out the best in each person who sets foot in the team on or off stage.

Script and Libretto Writing:
Nami has written librettos for 'The Rainbow' and 'The Rain Show'. which are education shows touring around Kenya.
She will soon be writing the libretto for 'The Rain From Kenya'. This will use authentic Kenyan instruments, folk stories and songs to educate children in the UK about Kenyan culture and the environment.
She wrote the Libretto for the version of 'The Mikado' and #ItsComplicated.
